Returns Procedure - How To Return Faulty Products Bought From Direct Ink

If you change your mind within 7 days

  • Most things we sell are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Just return them, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, along with the receipt* and we'll give you a refund.
  • If you don't have a receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase* we'll exchange the item or give you a refund.
  • If you'd like to return something we've delivered, just call us on 0871 2884549 or email us using our online contact form and we'll  give you your return details.
  • We're sorry but if you have opened the product, it cannot be returned under this scheme.
  • If a product is excluded from our 7-day money-back guarantee, it is clearly marked by a † next to the product name on this website.
  • Our 7-day money-back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

  • If you return it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase*, we'll give you a fast-track replacement, dispatched back to you the same day that we receive the faulty cartridge. You are also entitled to request a refund, which takes 7 days from receipt of the faulty cartridge due our testing procedures if we have not resolved the failure satisfactorily.
  • If you've had the product for up to the best before date of the product, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. (All our ink products have at least a 9 month best before life)
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you obtain this returns number we aim to deal with the returned item within 24 hours of receipt. Items returned without this returns number may take up to 7 days to be processed, and must have proof of purchase enclosed. This returns number is valid for 14 days from issue.

Please note that refunds are only given if the items are returned unused within 7 days of receipt, or we have not been able to replace or repair a faulty item.
