Printing Development Set To Shake Up The Ink Industry
A new printing development, which could affect the world of ink cartridges and the wider print industry, has been announced in the form of a personal 3D printer.
3D Systems Corporation has revealed its brand-new ProJet 1000 which is said to be the latest development in the progression of 3D printing, making such printing available and affordable to educators, students and professionals alike.
Retailing at $10,000, the printer offers high-resolution printing for durable plastic parts in the office or classroom. What's more, the printer can do such activities at print speeds over three times faster than other 3D printers in its class.

The ProJet(TM) 1000 is a game changing 3D printer designed specifically for cost-conscious designers that need true-to-design functional test products."
